My dad and older brother race and my dad got me started on a little pw 50 ..that thing was a trooper haha!OFFROADVIKING.com
For some reason i had a feeling it would be a trusty pw50 I think everyone started out on them things. When did you get into riding the Offroad stuffSamantha “The OFFROADVIKING.com Chick” Steiner
When i was about 5 we moved out on the farm i live on now and have alot of land that we built track on and i just started offraod never really rode moto dad said it was too dangerous haha!OFFROADVIKING.com
You said you got banged up at snowshoe. tell us what happened.Samantha “The OFFROADVIKING.com Chick” Steiner
okay so i was flying up this long up hill and there was a ditch kinda like jump in it and i hit that and started to flip over the bars but then i hit a log at the same time and got kicked side ways across the track and got railed by two bikes which slammed my leg between my bars and their bikes. at first i refused to go to the hospital so they put me in a wheelchair and a slpint so i could watch my dad and brother race but i decided to bend my knee out of th eplsint and as soon as i did that my lef blew up like 3 times the size it should be and i passed out and went into shock. next thin gi knew i was being airlifted to Charleston in a helicopter where i ended up sitting for 8hours by myself because snowshoe had all the roads blocked so my dad and Shelby Rolen(we're really close so she planned on being there for me) couldnt leave. but i found out that night i luckily only bruised my femur but last week i went back to the doctors and they said they're pretty positive i tore my meniscus so i have an mri next week.OFFROADVIKING.com

Well when it comes to racing I’m always 100% haha ..i figure if i just take it easy at locals id be in no pain by unadilla. Which is tough for me because i race the b class for locals and get alot of boys talking t so i always feel like I’ve got something to prove to them?OFFROADVIKING.com

haha well last year i started racing the B class and finished around the top 5 sometimes top 10 and they all hate on me for it. So I’d say so. I haven’t been racing many locals this year so i haven’t really had the chance to yet this season. I’ve raced with all these boys since i was on 50s and they don’t like the fact that I’m finally faster than them lol!OFFROADVIKING.com

hahah that’s for sure. I’ve been called stuck-up for it though?..gncc's are my main priority and are what’s gonna get me somewhere with racing . They don’t understand that though and yeah i always wonder what it feels like for a guy to get beat by a girl:pOFFROADVIKING.com

With Maria here..definitely she’s been super close already ...i mean I’d love to be up there but shes got it coming for sure. I’m waiting for a race to come where it’s all women in the top overall for the morning. It’s gonna happen..just wait;)OFFROADVIKING.com

Hmm that’s a tough one..Just because i am on a bike id have to say a girl on a bike..i give full respect to the quad girls cause they deff do their but it’s harder to stay on a bike i think. But quad or bike...a girl on either one of them is tough no doubt about itOFFROADVIKING.com
Now that you will be doing the in race report for offroadviking.com what can our reader’s expect to see from Samantha Steiner going into the second half of the season?Samantha “The OFFROADVIKING.com Chick” Steiner
Well my biggest goal is to finish top 3 and now that I’m doing in race reports it pushes me more to be up there at the top. Because if I’m not finishing where i want to be and know i can be then giving race reports for everyone to see isn’t going to be too fun haha!OFFROADVIKING.com

I really would like a win before this season is over. it’s going to be hard i know that but I’m going to work hard and ride my best to get there. And for sure.
